The effort we put in to investigate and correct the quality issues to prevent the recurrence is vital for avoiding non-conformities.
Since Glowtornics is ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified company and we are in steps to comply with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA ), Glowtornics and Mysore Wifiltronics, an associate firm of Glowtronics, organized a training program on CAPA and its various methods to investigate.
A one-day training was conducted by Mr Ramesh – who has more than 30 years of professional experience in the Quality Management System.
The training group included employees working in Quality, Production, Design, Materials, and Human Resource departments.
Actual examples of non-conformities from different products were taken to understand how a root cause must be analyzed.
Through this training, we are determined to use CAPA effectively to improve our Quality Management System and implement preventive actions laterally across the organization.
